What: Fellows working together in teams on an intersession project; Fellows working independently and with ALA Advisor on Leadership Development Action Plans
Objective: Carry out a team projects that has practical relevance, addresses a solution to a modern advancement-related challenge, and that can be applied to Fellow home institutions; Fellows will also focus on creating and revising a Leadership Development Action Plan based on the results of their 360 Assessment

Objective: Learn about administrative and practical considerations, including strategic planning, talent management, and organizational politics (including how to manage up, across and down); continue work on Leadership Development Action Plans and team projects

Objective: Fellows will continue working in groups to finalize team projects; Fellows will also continue to work with ALA Advisor to refine and finalize their individual Leadership Development Action Plans
Career Development, Project Presentations, and Graduation Celebration (coincides with ALA Alumni Reunion)

What: 2-day Intensive Leadership Development Session
Objective: Fellows will participate in hands on interactive session and participate in discussions focused on career development and the future of the profession; Fellows will present team projects and conclude with a graduation celebration with other ALA Alumni
